Subject: Guidance on Submission of Online Regional Report

This is to remind all regional coordinators of the updated process for submitting the Online Regional Report. To ensure timely and accurate processing, kindly adhere to the following steps:

1. Download the Official Signing-Form**: Prior to filling out the online report, Download Signing Form to collect mandatory endorsements from all relevant stakeholders.

2. **Secure Signatures First**: Obtain *all required signatures* on the signing-form before proceeding to the online submission. This step is critical to avoid delays, as incomplete authorization will render the report inadmissible.

3. Complete the Online Form**: Once signatures are secured, proceed to fill and submit the digital report via the designated portal.
